Born in Southern IN, he moved to California after his discharge from U.S. Army. Bill was an Auto Technician for Clippinger Chevrolet in Covina CA. from 1946 until his retirement in 1988. He had been an Upland, CA. resident since 1981. Services will be private. Oakdale Mortuary in Glendora is in charge of arrangements.
