Evelyn D. Beck, 94, of West Lafayette, died at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009, at Ben Hur Home in Crawfordsville.

She was born Nov. 8, 1914 in Tipton County, Indiana to the late Alva and Orphia Barrett Erp. On Aug. 30, 1932, she married Woodrow G. Beck in Indianapolis. He died in 1991.

Surviving are a daughter, Rebecca Dougherty (husband: Charles) of Lexington, Ky.; a son, Ernest Beck (wife: Linda) of West Lafayette; 6 grandchildren; 2 stepgrandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Huffer.
