The funeral cortege will meet at the church and leave by 11:30. Interment at 12:30 on Monday at Jacksonville Veterans Cemetery. Mr. Small was born Aug. 30 1948 to Ms. Louise Bonds Small deceased and John C. Small of Jacksonville, Florida, He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife, Alesia Small, five children, Jacorey and Charles Small, sons, Tonya Y. Jones, Pensacola, FL, Shannon A.
