On Dec. 1, 1946, he married Margaret Siebert in Denver. Torres was a member of Rosehill Grange and Commerce City Senior Center.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Richard and David, both of Commerce City; a daughter, Patricia Ford, Commerce City; two brothers, Max and Lloyd, both of Trinidad; three sisters, Roseanne Robertson, Douglas, Ariz., Helen Puryear, Trinidad, and Delores Campbell, Denver.
