Brann Monroe Fuller was the son of Henry Clay Fuller, noted Texas newsman, and Alice Gertrude Jones Fuller. He married Lois Davis Blakey in 1917 at the Free Methodist Church in Nacogdoches, TX. He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1927. He married his second wife, Kay Hupala, about 1954 in Houston, Harris Co., TX In 1969, he was awarded with a Department of the Army certificate for outstanding performance as an attorney/advisor in the Office of Counsel/Patents. He was honored by the State Bar of Texas on 3 Jul 1976 for being a member of bar for more than fifty years.
