John Donald Boulton, age 87 of Greenbank, West Va., died Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at St. Joseph's Manor, Trumbull. Born and raised in Stratford, he was a resident of Fairfield for 30 years before moving to West Virginia. He retired as a supervisor at Western Electric after being employed for 33 years. Mr. Boulton was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran serving from 1942 to 1945 with the 384th Bomb Group. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Stratford, Fairfield and West Virginia. Survivors include his wife, Jean Jacobs Boulton of Greenbank, WVa.; son, Kurt M. Boulton and his wife, Martie of Stratford; daughter, Donean Esposito and her husband, Ralph of Bristol; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and 10 nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 12, 2009 at 10 a.m. in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
