She was preceded by her husband, Tom Scoggins. She is survived by her mother, Georgia B. Ford, her nephew, Chief Warrant Officer Wm. Lee Ford, U.S. Navy Active of Jeffersonville, IN. and several great nieces and nephews.
A service to celebrate Carolyn's life will be held Noon on Wednesday at Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, with visitation after 10:00 a.m. Wed. (5 August 2009)
