Irvin G. Mudd, 68, of 1568 East Stewart Road, died Friday. He was born February 9, 1907 in Midland.

He attended area schools as a boy and had been a life-long resident. He marries Ola Melchi, Aug. 11, 1929 in Midland.

He farmed most of his life and worked 23 years for Dow chemical Company before retiring in 1972.

Survivors include his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Lawrence (Phyllis) Anthony, of Coleman, Mrs. Robert (Eleanor)Cornelius of Breckenridge and Mrs. Gerald (Marilyn) Brisson of Midland.

Also, four brother, Raymond, of St. Louis, Mich., Donald and Claude of Midland and Howard of Missouri; 11 grandchildren and one-great grandchild.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday from the Gordonville Methodist Church. The Rev. Robert W. Moore will officiate. Burial
will be in Homer Township cemetery.

friends may call after 7 p.m. today and until noon Monday at the Ware-Smith Funeral Home and at the church until the time of services.
