Lonnie Andrew Seaton Sr., 90, of Knoxville, formerly of Greeneville, died Saturday at Fort Sanders Regional Center in Knoxville.

For several years, he operated Seaton's and Sons Rolling Stores, Seaton's Market, GreeneVilla Restaurant, and Seaton's Bonding Co.

Mr. Seaton had been an employee of Food Lion in Knoxville for the past 10 years.

Survivors include his wife: Hazel Viola Seaton of Knoxville; four sons and daughters-in-law: Joseph C. and Norma Jean Seaton of Greeneville, Thomas E. and Elizabeth Seaton of New Market, Samuel S. and Joan Seaton and L. Andrew and Charlotte Seaton, all of Greeneville; a daughter and son-in-law: Martha E. and Ronnie Hammer of Florida; three grandsons and special granddaughters-in-law: Joseph M. and Kathy Seaton of Greeneville, David and Lynette Seaton of Saudi Arabia, and John C. and Kelly Hammer of Little Rock, Ark.; a granddaughter and special grandson-in-law: Leigh Ann and Keith Biumi of Sugar Hill, Ga.; several great-granddaughters; a great-great-grandson; two stepsons and their wives: George Lobetti III, and his wife, Regina Lobetti, of Florida, and Joseph and Dawn Lobetti of Knoxville; five stepgrandchildren; three sisters: Iretus Ball and Carrie Wills, both of Greeneville, and Louise Hensley of Nashville; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister: Etta Humphreys; and two brothers: Luke Seaton and Troy Seaton.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. today at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at Shepherd of Hills Lutheran Church in Knoxville with interment in Byrds Chapel Cemetery in Knoxville. The Rev. Robert Krueger will officiate.

The body will be taken to the church to lie in state one hour prior to the service.
