Horace James Nielson age 66
Farmer, boxer, plumber, Heating Plant
A strong, powerful and athletic man.
As a young man he earned money hunting and trapping for furs.
He enjoyed gardening and cooking soups.
Every year at deer hunt, he came home with deer for our winter meat.

A plumber and steam fitter, he retired
from Universty of Utah physical plant works.

He was gentle, kind and considerate.

Mrs Lorenzo Nielson, Miss Lael Nielson, Mrs Janice Smith and little son Burke returned home Saturday from a ten days' vacation. They visited Mrs Nielson's son Horace at the Big Smoky ranger station near Fairfield, Idaho, where he is employed with the forest service, and then entered the Yellowstone National Park through the west entrance and returned by way of the south entrance and the Grand Teton National Park.
