Gladys Honeycutt Arrowood, 88, died Saturday, July 12, 1997, in an Asheville nursing home.
A native of Yancey County, she was the daughter of the late Grover and Belle Whetside Honeycutt and the wife of E. R. Arrowood, who died in 1961.
Surviving are four daughters; 13 grandchildren,; 22 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
