Elizabeth was a writer and loved to write. She was published a few times, but never really gave up her dream of being a famous writer. At the time of her death she was survived by her husband of 47 years Roy Lee Davis Jr, and a son David and his wife Sandra Davis. Four grandchildren Crystal, Brenda and Adam Davis and Jennifer and Husband Chris Huber. She was also survived by 2 great grandchildren Zachary Davis and Mekare Huber. All of Waynesville NC. She is also survived by her six brothers and sisters in law, and 2 sisters and brothers in law.
