Hannah was born either in Scotland or New York as both appear on records. It is mostly Scotland which is written, so that is what I have entered here. She was formally married to a man with the last name of Crawford. She married Christopher Newell (second marriage for him also) on June 7, 1860 in Kankakee County, Illinois. They were married 11 years before they had 2 children Almira Nettie Newell (who married Louis Oliver Page) and James Christopher Newell. Both are buried in the Beaver Cemetery on the far right side.
Hannah's inscription is on the back side of a 4 sided stone. There are 2 previous burials listed on this stone. On the front is the son (Julien)of Christopher and his first wife Harriet, and on the left is Harriet's inscription.
I have added both the original and the cleaned up version of the photo of Hannah's inscription.
This stone is up near the top of the hill near the left side of the tree on the left side.
