Durwood Franklin "Frankie" Baines, 57, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2009. He was born June 23, 1951 son of the late James Luther and Beatrice Johnson Baines. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby and Bill Baines. Frankie is survived by his wife, Pat Baines of Sharpsburg, NC; daughter, April Little and husband, David of Greenville, NC; sons, Keith Baines and wife, Cathy of Spring Hope, NC and Scott Farmer of Rocky Mount, NC; granddaughters, Harley Baines and Heather Garris; grandsons, Zachary Baines, J.J. Little, Michael Farmer, Wesley and Brandon Garris; brothers, John Baines and wife, Anna of Spring Hope, NC and Richard Baines and wife, Dottie of Orlando, FL; sisters, Joyce Kurzawaski and husband Ken of Wilson, NC, Diane Flowers of Wilson, NC, Elaine Price and husband, James of Louisburg, NC; sisters-in-law, Beth Baines of Spring Hope, NC and Frances Baines of Texas; along with 11 nephews; five nieces; seven great nephews; 12 great nieces; two great great nephews; and two great great nieces.
