Mr. Huggins was born May 27, 1922, in Hemingway, a son of the late Albert True Huggins and Mrs. Ellen H. Huggins. He was a manager of Cox Automotive Parts, Co., a Coast Guard veteran of World War II and a warrent officer for the Hemingway National Guard where he served for 32 years. He was a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church and a graduate of Marlboro Business College.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Edna McDaniel Huggins of Hemingway; four sons, Bennie C. Huggins, Jr., Barry Huggins, Brent Huggins and Boyd Huggins, all of Hemingway; two brothers, Harry W.
