Pearle Jo Taylor Bohanan, age 84 of Lenoir City, born March 4, 1923, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2008 at the home of her daughter.

She was a Christian and enjoyed attending Paw Paw Plains and Pine Grove Baptist Churches.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Seldon M. Bohanan; only granddaughter, Cayla Jo Babb; parents, Anderson and Gracie Taylor; sisters, Bonnie Jane Smith and Lena Mae Jenkins.

She is survived by her daughter, JoAnn Bohanan Babb and husband, Charles; grandson, Chuck Babb and wife, Darlene; great grandsons, Josh Babb of Seoul Korea and his wife, Trish of El Paso, TX; precious and so loved McCauley Babb, whom she often said she couldn't make it without; she also leaves behind many loved nieces, nephews, friends and her lifelong friend, Lucille Norris Smith.

The family would like to thank everyone at East TN Home Health Care for the caring and compassionate care that they gave Jo.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday with funeral services to follow at 6 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Turbeville officiating. Family and friends will gather at 2 p.m. Sunday at Abbott Cemetery for graveside services. Click Funeral Home, 109 Walnut Street, Lenoir City is in serving the Bohanan family.
