Graveside service for Jeffrey Michael Lane will be 10 a.m., Fri., Aug. 7, at Lone Elm Cemetery under the direction of Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service & Crematory. Father Paul Eichhoff will officiate.
Jeffrey died Tues., Aug. 4, 2009, at St. Francis Hospital at the age of 37.
The son of Joe and Vicki (Lundell) Lane was born Nov. 16, 1971, in Ft. Belvoir, VA. He graduated from Ponca City High School in 1989. He went to work at the Johnston Port in Inola, and in 1997 suffered injuries from a car wreck. Jeffrey enjoyed watching OU and NASCAR. He was of the Catholic faith.
Jeffrey is survived by his father, Joe Lane and wife, Sabrina of Claremore; mother, Vicki Lane of Claremore; grandparents: Al and Virginia Lane of Ponca City, Lodema Mahurin of Claremore, and John Florer of Stroud; daughter, Allison Lane of Inola; and brother, Scott Lane of Claremore.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Don and Marjorie Lundell.
