Joey was born on March 17, 1953 in Bellingham, WA to Ralph and Bernice Lingbloom. He passed away peacefully into the arms of his Lord on July 13, 2009 at St. Joseph's Hospital surrounded by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Bernice Lingbloom in 2002. He is survived by his father Ralph Lingbloom, his daughter Erin and her mother Jan; siblings Jackie Bowler (Mick), Sandy Lingbloom, Wendy Kink (Butch), Tom Lingbloom (Gina), Craig Lingbloom, Bill Lingbloom (Kate); numerous nieces & nephews, and last, but not least, his beloved dog Jake. He was dearly loved and will be sorely missed. "Goodbye Little Joe". Graveside services for family and friends will be held at Bayview Cemetery on Monday, July 20th at 2:00 PM.
