Mrs. Clippard of Lincolnton was a retired winder with Carolina Mills. She was preceded in death by her father Bruce Sutton and her husband Ralph Fredrick Clippard. Survivors are one son, Jimmy Dale Clippard; two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Proctor and Mrs. Elaine Hefner; one brother, Bruce Sutton; three sisters, Mrs. Irene Sansing, Mrs. Hattie Boyles and Mrs. Doris McQuester; mother, Mrs. Mary Sutton; five grandchildren. Mrs. Clippard died at age 73 at Lincoln Medical Center.
