Brother of Hettie Bell (Allison) Boyd, Ida Lee Allison, James Howard "Howard" Allison, Floyd Allison, Charles Gordon "Gordon" Allison, Elsie Virginia (Allison) Goforth, Hugh Dennis Allison, and Helen Willette "Tootsie" (Allison) Spring.

Father of James Claude "J. C." Allison, Sr., Dorothy Lillian "Dot" (Allison) Loyd, and three living children.
