COLUMBIA - Funeral service for Mrs. Inge C. Arre, 60, of Columbia, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009, in Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Committal will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Services will be officiated by Pastor Jerry Hacker. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, and from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service Saturday at Greenlawn Funeral Home.
Mrs. Arre passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Born in Fulda, Germany, February 14, 1949, she was the daughter of Walter John Brezenski and Kaethe (Karen) W. Stapelfeldt. Mrs. Arre was employed at the S.C. Department of Mental Health for more than 20 years, and was active in the VFW Ladies Auxilary 641 and the Fort Jackson Bowling League.
Surviving are her loving husband, Eugene L. Arre; sons, Christopher Winter, Curtis Revert and wife, Belinda; grandchildren, Terry, Jessica, Zachery and Brittany; her sister, Barbara Owen of Fort Wayne, IN; nieces and nephews, Michael and Steve Olson, and Nicholas and Katrina Owen; and seven great-nieces and nephews.
