She was born Oct. 14, 1888, in Oskaloosa, the daughter of Joseph and Ellen Sharp Douglas. She lived in Oskaloosa until she moved to Seattle in 1943. In 1980 she moved back to Oskaloosa.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Oskaloosa.
A son, William O. Finley, died Dec. 22, 1983.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ellen Spielman, Orange, Calif.; two sons, John Finley, Sheridan, Ore., and Norman Finley, Anchorage, Ala.; two sisters, Mrs. Peg Braddick, Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. Pauline Slawson, Topeka; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
