Ruby Irene Coggins Reid, 86, widow of William Bramlett Reid, of 725 Walnut Hill Road, died Friday, May 17, 2002, at Magnolia Place Nursing Home in Spartanburg.
Born in Campobello, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Boyd and Martha Elizabeth Bradley Coggins.
Survivors: Sons, James L. Reid of Clemson and Campobello, Thomas M. Reid of Campobello, Gene Reid of Inman, Gerald C. Reid of Thomaston, Ga., and William S. Reid of Columbia; daughters, Elizabeth J. Kimbrell, of Boiling Springs; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 7 to 9 tonight at Petty Funeral Home. Service: 3 p.m. Sunday at Walnut Hill Baptist Church. Burial: Church cemetery.
