Sally Gayle Scamardo Frederick, 50 of Fort Smith died Saturday, July 10,1993 in her home.
She was a homemaker.
She was survived by a daughter, Johnna G. Barton of San Francisco; her mother, Josie Johnson of Fort Smith; her father and stepmother, Charles and June Scamardo of Fort Smith; a half sister, Cheryl A. Baker of Anacortes, Wash.; two step sisters, Kay Ray Peters of Fort Smith and Carolyn McClure of Pauls Valley; two brothers, Ronald D. Scamardo Sr. and Charles W. Scamardo, both of Fort Smith; five half brothers, Joe A., Vincent T., Michael A., Dale C. and Tommy Scamardo all of Fort Smith; a step brother Jamie M. Edwards of Fort Smith; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in Putman Funeral Home with burial at Oak Cemetery in Fort Smith.
