(1899-1977)

Siloam Springs - Claude Walter Chrysler, 77, of Siloam Springs, died Saturday in the Siloam Springs Hospital. Born April 29, 1899, at Harrisburg, S.D., he was a retired retail furniture dealer, chairman of the Siloam Springs Housing Authority and a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Minnie Lou Lindsay Chrysler of the home; a son, Donald R. of Amarillo, Tex.; three daughters, Mrs. Gloria Caneen of Pleasant Grove, Utah, Mrs. Duane Coelho of Los Alamos, N.M. and Mrs. Joann Stahl of Sutters Creek, Calif.; a brother, Kenneth of Baton Rouge, La; a sister, Miss Verna Chrysler of Conway; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church of Siloam Springs followed by cremation. A memorial fund has been established at the First United Methodist Church for the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home.
