Obituary - Eunice Seymour McGinnis, age 91, passed away March 31, 1991. Born April 7, 1899 in Oakley, Utah, the daughter of John Heber and Phebeth Ann Evans Seymour.
Married Joseph W. McGinnis, November 29, 1922 in Salt Lake City, Utah; later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on December 29, 1989.
Attended Utah State Agricultural College and graduated from LDS Hospital School of Nursing.
She was a devoted and very active member of the LDS Church, serving as Ward and Stake Primary President in the Park Stake. Very active in the Relief Society presidency of the Ensign 4th Ward.
She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. Known for her gentle manner and her acts of kindness, she will be greatly missed by her family and her many friends.
Survived by one son, Joseph W., Jr., Salt Lake City; two daughters, Mrs. Patricia Davis, Bondurant, Wyoming; and Mrs. JoAnn Cannon, Orem; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services Thursday, April 4th, 12 noon, Ensign 4th Ward, 9th Avenue & K Street, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery under the direction of Larkin Mortuary.
