Hinson Emerson TimmonsAugust 24, 1927 - November 27, 2015

Hinson Emerson Timmons, of Waco, passed away Friday, Nov. 27, 2015 at Providence Hospice Place. Memorial Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 1, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with the Rev Kip Osborne officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. before the service. There will be a private family burial.

Hinson was born August 24, 1927, in Prairie Hill, Texas to Joseph and Tommie Timmons. He worked at Lone Star Gas Company for 40 years. He was also a Mason and a member of Western Heights Baptist Church in Waco. He was an avid golfer and sports fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Juanita Beth Timmons and one sister, Cordelle McDonald.

He is survived by two sons, Fred Timmons and wife, Sharon, of San Antonio, and Ricky Timmons and wife, Coleen, of Copperas Cove, TX; step-son, James Pennell and wife, Donna, of Sherman, TX; one sister, Virginia Liddicoat of Waco, three grandchildren, Tiffany Barrera and husband, Mitchell, Whitney Timmons and Tyler Timmons and three great-grandsons, Fenix, Parker and Jett Barrera.

Memorials may be made to St. Catherine Hospice.
