SUPPLY – Mrs. Mary Irene Clemmons Boyer, age 63, of Supply, died Saturday, May 8, 2004, at N.C. Memorial Hospital, Chapel Hill, NC.
Mrs. Boyer was born May 9, 1940, in Brunswick County and was the daughter of the late Melvin and Dorothy Hewett Clemmons. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Wayne Boyer; two sons, Howard Junior Clemmons and David Ray Clemmons of Supply; three step-daughters, Diane Lynch of Tn., Dawn Marie Boyer of Arkansas, Holly Maxine Boyer of Nebraska; three brothers, Laverne Clemmons and R.A. Clemmons of Shallotte and James Earl Clemmons of Supply; four sisters, Carolyn Faye Sellers, Etha Mae Moore, Joan Gail Lovett, Wanda Marie Gay all of Supply; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 12, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Service, Supply Chapel with Reverend Lee Roy Smith and Reverend R.C. Dixon officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be, Keith Bowen, Jody Bowen, Timmy Clemmons, Van Fulford, Kelly Fulford, Jackie Griffin.
