Burial Oakdale Cemetery. Surviving: his wife, Mrs. Leona Whaley Capps; four sons, Hagood L. of Fayetteville, Thomas F. Jr. of Spartenburg, S.C. and Rudolph C. and Marion Capps of Wilmington; two daughters, Mrs. Marvin C. Tyndall of Marion, S.C. and Mrs. Thomas H. Siles of Charleston, S.C.; 13 grandchildren; one great grandchild.
