Mrs. CLAYTON was born and reared in Greenville County but had been a resident of Holly Springs for the past 47 years. She was a member of the Holly Springs Baptist Church, and she was the last member of her immediate family. Funeral services will be conducted at 4 Tuesday afternoon at the Holly Springs Baptist Church by the Revs. LLOYD PACE, W. Y. HENDERSON and WALTER HARRISON. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be; ELTON FILES, JOHNNY NEUFEL, HORBERT GOWAN, J. NEAL, J. B. CLAYTON and IRA PAGE. Surviving besides her husband are: one daughter, Mrs.LEOLA FARLEY of Newport News, VA.; 7 SONS, RALPH CLAYTON of Inman, JONES and JAKE CLAYTON of Campobello Route 2, E. R. and LEWIS CLAYTON of Inman Route 3, ERNEST CLAYTON OF Lyman and ALBERT CLAYTON of Campobello Route 2; 23 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The Wood Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
