Born in Monroe County,he was the son of the late Johnny Bartley and Myrtle(Waller)Bartley and the husband of Cloteel(Kingery)Bartley,who survives.
He is survived by two sons,Ricky and Jimmy Bartley and one daughter,Mary Doris Rhoton,Nashville,Tn.;three sisters,Dolly Bartley and Blanche Lynn,both of Tompkinsville and Laura Vinson,Louisville.There are 4 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted by Bro. Bobby Branstetter at White Chapel,with burial in the church Cemetery.Both father and wife survive.
