WILLIAM THOMAS
Services for William Thomas, 51, Clovis, were held Monday at Steed-Todd Funeral Home. The Rev. Wayne Boydstun officiated. Burial was in Texico Cemetery.

He died March 17 at Clovis hospital. He was born Sept. 29, 1943, in Clovis. He was a truck driver until a year ago when illness forced retirement. He married Margaret Bolton on Sept. 29, 1970, in Clovis.

Surviving are his wife; 2 daughters, Shawn Bolton of Clovis, and Sandry Autrey, of Texico; a son, Dustin, at home; 3 sisters, Wylodene Morgan, of Alamogordo, Jo Ann Coughenour, of Cassville, Mo., and Shirley Maize, of Clovis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, M.R. and Maude Thomas, and 2 brothers, Dwaine and Melvyn.

Casket bearers were Jim Pruitt, Bill Carothers, Phillip Null, Rocky Richardson, Steve Reed and Aldin Wyatt. Honorary bearers were Mitch Walls, Benny Fulgham and all friends.
