Catherine G Trani of 16530 S Broadway, Gardena, passed away Wednesday at the age of 88. A native of Isola d'Ischia, Napoli Prov,Italy, and lived in the Harbor area for 65 years. Survived by her daughters, Phyllis DiMeglio of Carson, Louise Rose of Torrance, Helen McClung of San Pedro; sons Nick N, Anthony, Louis M and James J, all of San Pedro' sister Nancy DiScalo of New York; 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Rosary at 7pm Friday, McNerney Chapel. Requiem mass 9am Saturday at Mary Star of the Sea Church. Entombment, All Souls Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the San Pedro Boy's Club

Per 1930 census, came to America in 1912. Became citizen 12/12/1947
