Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at House of Prayer Baptist Church in Whitney. Burial: McGregor Cemetery in McGregor. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at funeral home.

Bobby was the son of Ben Richard and Patsy Ruth McGowan Ratliff.
He graduated from Temple Christian Academy in 1977. He and Lisa Stevens were joined in marriage June 8, 1979, in Bosque County. He was a truck driver for 10 years before working for Smead Manufacturing in McGregor for 10 years. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, car shows and music. He was a member of House of Prayer Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond and Guida Ratliff.
