She was preceded in death by her sister, Rochelle Curry, maternal grandmother, Joyce Woodfolk, maternal grandfather, William Woodfolk, Paternal grandmother, Nancy Curry and grandfather, Joseph Curry.
Lynn received her elementary education in the Charlottesville School System and graduated from Charlottesville High School. She was previously employed by the University Hospital, Boar's Head Inn, and lastly Charlottesville Pupil Transportation.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Nancy Curry and Father, Joseph Curry; an uncle, Earl Lockley and wife, Annie Lockley of Charlottesville; seven aunts, Joyce Irene Becks and husband, Roger, Geraldine Minor and Ellen Jones, Louise Cousins and husband, Mack, Doris Lockley, and Ellen Woodfolk all of Charlottesville, and Joan Elliott of Baltimore, MD; one step-sister and two step-brothers, Naomi Harris, Joe Harris and wife, Shannon and Sam Harris; a nephew, Mikey Gray and a niece, McKenzie Harris; and a host of cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at Covenant Church, 1025 E. Rio Rio Road, with Pastor Stanley Woodfolk officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening form 6-8 P.M. at J. F. Bell Funeral Home.
