Eva Mildred Almasie of 840 Holly Street, Junction City, Oregon, died July 2, 1981, at the age of 80. Eva was born August 10, 1900, in Cottage Grove, Oregon, and had lived in Oregon all of her life. She married Joseph Almasie in Eugene, June 15, 1921, who preceded her in death in 1952. Eva was a member of the Junction City Grange and Christian Church. Survivors include: a son, Robert of Greenleaf, Oregon; a brother, Almon Wheeler of Monroe; a sister, Gertrude Dalnard of Junction City; 4 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday, July 25, 1981, at 10 A.M. at the First Christian Church, Reverend Gilbert Knox officiating. Graveside services at Deadwood Cemetery at 12:30 P.M. with Reverend Dan Prince officiating. Murphy Funeral Home, Junction City.
