Nicholas Joseph Dimak, of Seattle, WA was born January 12, 1985, to Brian and Mary Dimak. His life ended suddenly on December 20, 2007.

He will be missed greatly by his loving parents and by his sisters, Amy King (Wayne) of Boise, ID, Diane Ottem (Mark), Katie, Lisa and Anna; grandfathers, John Dimak and Jack Frank; nieces, Lauren and Makaylen King; and nephew, Braeden King; many aunts, uncles and cousins in Denver, CO, and many close friends and acquaintances in the Seattle area.

Nick graduated from Shorecrest high school in 2003 and was progressing toward a psychology degree through classes at Shoreline Community College with the goal of becoming a counselor. He was working his way through college as a warehouseman at UPS and as a warehouseman and assistant manager at Bombay Co.

Nick was a selfless person who cared about others above himself. He was a good listener. He had an open ear when you needed someone to talk to; was a good friend, a confidant. The only boy amid 5 sisters, he amused many with his sense of humor and witty sarcasm. He loved young children, especially his youngest sister, Anna, and his nieces and nephew. Nick loved hanging out at the beach and camping with friends, listening to music, and watching ice hockey.

Recitation of the Rosary will be Wednesday, January 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. and the Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, January 3rd, at 11:00 a.m., BOTH at St. Mark's Catholic Church, 18033 15th Pl. N.E., Shoreline, WA. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nick's name are suggested to Northwest Burn Foundation, 1515 N.W. 52nd St. Suite A, Seattle, WA 98107.
