Anna Sophie von Dänemark und Norwegen
Anna Sophie of Denmark and Norway was Electress of Saxony. She was the eldest daughter of King Frederick III of Denmark (1609–1670) and his wife Sophie Amalie of Brunswick-Lüneburg (1628–1685), daughter of George, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg. On October 9, 1666 she married John George III, Elector of Saxony (1647–1691). They had two children:
- Johann Georg IV (who died of smallpox), successor of his father as Elector
- Frederick Augustus I, successor of his brother as Elector and later as August the Strong King of Poland.
