McMinnville, Tennessee resident and Warren County native Wilma Ruth Caten Atnip, 42, passed from this life on August 11, 2003 at River Park Hospital after a brief illness.
A homemaker and a member of Spring Creek Chapel Church of Christ, she was a member of Main Street McMinnville and Heritage Alliance.
The daughter of Edgar Howard Caten and Stella Mae Johnson Caten of Warren County, she is survived by her husband, Bruce Atnip; stepdaughter, Melissa Lee Jones of Warren County, Tennessee; her parents, brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Rose Caten of Warren County; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Gary Cherry of Warren County; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friends, Jimmy Haley, Laura Kate Haley, Carrie and Chris Cowen, all of Warren County, Tennessee.
Services will be held at today (August 13) at High's Chapel with Ricky Burks and Clarence McGee officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Cemetery.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
