Ronald R. Marinello, 76, Bellwood, died Saturday at Shands Hospital, Jacksonville, Fla. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Ceil and Helen (Lepore) Marinello. Surviving are two daughters: Joy Riggleman and husband, Craig, of Knoxville, Tenn., and JoAnn Abbott and husband, Mark, of Waldwick, N.J.; three grandchildren: Katelyn Riggleman and Emily and Evan Abbott; and a sister, Carole Reed of Tracy, Calif. Ron retired as a salesman from Fiore Pontiac with more than 30 years of service. He was a 1951 graduate of Altoona High School. Mr. Marinello was a Korean War veteran. Ron was a master craftsman who enjoyed woodworking and family gatherings. After retiring, he enjoyed traveling the country in his RV. Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Santella Funeral Home, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 18, 2009. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
