TUSCALOOSA | Ellen Pearl Freeman, age 87, of Tuscaloosa, died March 9, 2005 at DCH-Tuscaloosa. Services will be 1 p.m. today, March 12, 2005, at Sunset Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
Mrs. Freeman was preceded in death by her husband, William Carl Freeman; her mother, Mattie Bruner, and her father, Otis Ward.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Ellen Smith (Greg) of Tuscaloosa; granddaughter, Amy Smith Falls (Issac) of Tuscaloosa; great-grandchildren, Brittany Danielle Falls, and Brandon Issac Falls of Tuscaloosa.
Mrs. Freeman was born and reared in the Pondville Community of Bibb County then in the Hulls Community, and then in southern Tuscaloosa County.
