HARRY AND HIS SON DONALD AND DAUGHTER DORIS DIED IN THE RAPID CITY FLOOD
Henry Hausmann was born July 7, 1895 in IA to Marie Waltershield. He married Mary Maurice July 13,1919 in Hubbard NE. He farmed in Gregory County near Bonesteel until 1937 when the family moved to Rapid City.
In 1945 he was working for Black Hills Power and Light. He retired in 1961. His wife Mary, died in 1971.
A daughter Doris was born Oct 20,1926 at Bonesteel SD, she never married. She attended school in 1945 and later she worked for the telephone company.
A son Donald Hausmann was born June 8,1924 at Bonesteel SD. He was a truck driver for Standard Oil after starting as a service station attendant at the West Blvd Standard Station as a young man. They lived on West ST Louis Street for many years.
They are survived by sons and brothers Jim Hausmann of Rapid City and Kenneth of Milwaukee WS. A daughter Lois Jackson of Rapid City also died in the flood. Thirteen grandchildren and two great great -grand children. He was predeceased by his wife in 1971.

Services for Henry. Hausmann, 75, his daughter, Doris Hausmann, 40,and his son, Donald Hausmann, 45, all of 1161 St. Louis, were scheduled at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Behrens mortuary.

Hausmann was a retired employee of Black Hills Power and Light and Donald was a truck driver for Standard Oil.

Survivors include two sons and brothers, Jim. Hausmann of Rapid City, and Kenneth Hausmann Milwaukee, Wis.
