Mrs. Helen Lucille Ragsdale was born on Monday, April 19, 1926, the daughter of the late Edd and Allie Ethel Cartt Richardson.

Mrs. Ragsdale died Sunday, December 25, 2005, at the family residence in Trumann, Ark., at the age of 79.

She was born in Trumann and had lived in St. Louis for the past 26 years before moving back to Trumann in 1976. She was retired from McDonald Douglas in St. Louis and of the protestant faith.

She was preceded in death by four sisters, six brothers and her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Noah Ragsdale of the home; a son, Rick Ragsdale of Oakville, Mo.; a daughter and son-in-law, Carole and David Stahl of Hillsboro, MO.; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral in Trumann, with Rev. Frank Hardwick officiating. Burial will be the Nettleton Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.
