Grace Fox Riddle
Burnsville, N.C. - Grace Fox Riddle, 83, of Burnsville, N.C., went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, April 2, 2009, at her home.
A native of Yancey County, she was a daughter of the late Arcemeus and Lillie Banks Fox.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Johnathan Ball; a sister, Annie Hensley; and brothers, Coy, Charles, Roy and Roscoe Fox. Grace was a member of Pleasant Gap Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, William O. Riddle; three sons, Sam Ball and wife, Donna, of Cherokee, Danny Ball and wife, Myra, and Rev. Royce Ball and wife, Pat, all of Burnsville; a sister, Mildred McIntosh of Burnsville; a brother, Earl Fox of Baltimore, Md.; seven grandchildren; 16 greatgrandchildren; a step daughter, Phyllis Silver of Burnsville; four step sons, Morris Riddle of Gastonia, Phillip and Johnny Riddle of Burnsville and Willie Riddle of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Burial will be in the Holcombe Cemetery.
