Clorene Blanton, 90, of Elizabethtown, passed away Saturday December 20, 2008 at North Hardin Health and Rehab. in Radcliff.

She was a homemaker and a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church .

She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin W. Blanton, her parents Henry and Verna Vincent Meredith, and one sister Alva Cox.

She is survived by
Son, Richard Blanton of Louisville, KY.
Son, Kenneth Blanton of Bowling Green, KY.
Son, Larry Blanton of Clarksville, IN.
Daughter, Marrion Lloyd of Hodgenville, KY.
Daughter, Saundra Bratcher of Elizabethtown, KY.
Sister, Jewel Madison of Louisville, KY.

Services will be held Tuesday 12/23/2008 11:00 AM at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, KY with Rev. Dewey Keys officiating. Burial will be at the Kyrock Cemetery in Edmonson Co. Ky.

Visitation will begin Monday 12/22/2008 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM or Tuesday 12/23/2008 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown
