He was the manager of Callendar Farm.
He served in the U. S. Army during Vietnam.
He was a member of the VFW in Berryville.
Surviving are a son, Jerrel Madison Crockett, Jr. of Niles, OH; a daughter, Natasha Camille Crockett of Youngstown, OH; three sisters, Annabelle Crislip of Morgantown, WV, Pauline Mitts of Martinsburg, WV, and Yvonne Joan Crockett of Olive Hill, KY, four brothers, Roger Crockett of Wagener, SC, John Crockett of Mt. Jackson, VA, Silas Crockett of Niles, OH, and Johnny Ray Crockett of Boyce, VA; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A brother, Ernest Crockett I. preceded him in death.
