Ethel R. Willis, 91, passed away Monday, June 25, 1990, in Haines City, Florida.
Graveside services and interment will be held at 10 a.m Friday, June 29th, in Macedonia Cemetery. Rev. W. L. Parks officiated.
A native of Grady County, Georgia, she moved from Pelham, Georgia, to Cairo in 1970 and them moved to Haines City from Cairo 4 years ago. A homemaker, she was married to the late Almond Willis. She was a member of Gordon Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors include four daughters, Clara White, Zachary, Louisiana, Orastine Taylor, Haines City, Doris W. Waddell, Cairo and Ester Lawrence, Tallahassee, Florida; two sons, Jasper Willis, Columbus, Ohio, and George Willis, Lafayette, Tennessee; 16 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held at Clark Funeral Home in Cairo on Thursday, June 28th, from 7 to 9 p.m. Lane-Holt Funeral Home of Haines City was in charge of the arrangements.
