Miss Brent was born March 4, 1979, in Natchez, the daughter of Ronnie Brent and Tera Jones Brent. She was a beloved daughter, sister and homemaker. She worked as an interior designer and pharmacy technician, she was a member of Morgantown Baptist Church. Heather was a ray of sunshine for all she met, and all she touched, she was taken early on Friday, February 13, before Valentine's Day. Her memory will live forever.
She is preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Olen "Bill" Jones; paternal grandfather, Shirley Brent; and paternal grandmother, Sue Maxwell Brent.
Survivors include her mother, Tera Brent and companion, Randall Buchanon of Arden, North Carolina; father, Ronnie Brent and wife, Yvette of Pearl; maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Sartin Jones; brother, Travis Brent and wife, Samantha of Concord, North Carolina; her companion, Andrew Ayers Martin and his children, Malorie and William, all of Natchez; friends, Anisa Branton and her children, Searcy, Tate, and Cole, also of Natchez; Uncle Donnie Brent and wife, Linda of Florence; and Aunt Celia McKibbon and husband, Fred of Tampa, FL.
Pallbearers will be Randall Buchanon, Fred McKibbon, Daniel Owenby, Adam Perry, Matt Gardner, and Jimmy Fiorella.
