Rosa Leona Jackson Guynn, 77 daughter of John and Sally Jackson was born February 17, 1910, at Roubidoux. She died February 27, 1987, at the Texas County Memorial Hospital, after a long illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Sudie Dutton, Mattie Hobson and Addie Groves; five brothers, Frank, Sant, Charley, Jim and Faun.
She was married to Adron Guynn in October 1933, who preceded her in death in November 1980. They had six children.
Surviving are her children. Ernest Guynn of Sacramento, California, Marie Emerson of Lebanon, Harlin Guynn of Wichita, Kansas, Margie Pearcy of Houston, Nellie Wallen of Beaman, Iowa, Adron Guynn Jr. of the state of California; four sisters, Elizabeth Murphy of Fresno, California, Maude Panato of Chicago, Illinois, Annie Kelly of Casper, Wyo., Lulu McCoy of Mountain Grove; 17 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Services were Monday, March 2, at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Earl Campbell officiating. burial was in the Liberty Cemetery.
