"Billy" was a lifelong resident of Aiken, he was a son of the late Theodore W. Hamilton, Sr. and Mary Ouzts Hamilton and retired from Westinghouse after twenty years of service. After his service to his country in the United States Army, he had been a deputy with the Aiken County Sheriffs Department and had also been a Public Safety Officer with the City of Aiken.
